The Moat

Prensa Latina , The Cuban Ministry of Tall Tales, informs us today of an Oceanic Congress which is taking place on the Island. (see below). I couldn't help but wonder if in one of the conferences they're going to discuss ways to turn the ocean into an impenetrable prison wall to keep the population captive. Cuba , if you think about it, is a medieval island-castle , ruled by an evil tyrant king surrounded by a deep, shark infested moat around it to keep the subjects from escaping...yet some still do.
