Meet Comandante Rodolfo Frómeta. He's the leader of Comados F-4. He was a guest at Mesa Redonda on Radio Marti. He claimed that members of his organization carried out a successful raid on a Cuban military installation in Las Villas where they appropriated a large cache of arms. In what was mostly a fundraising effort,Frómeta also claimed that Comandos F-4 has many contacts inside the Cuban military that will support an armed insurrection when the time comes. One of their goals is to recruit Cuban soldiers to ensure that their weapons won't be used against the Cuban citizens.
