There are places I remember
All my life, though some have changed,
Some forever, not for better,
Some have gone and some remain.

All these places had their moments,
With lovers and friends I still can recall,
Some are dead and some are living,
In my life I’ve loved them all.

But of all these friends and lovers,
There is no one compares with you,
And these mem’ries lose their meaning
When I think of love as something new.

Though I know I’ll never lose affection
For people and things that went before,
I know I’ll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more.

Though I know I’ll never lose affection
For people and things that went before,
I know I’ll often stop and think about them
In my life I love you more.
In my life I love you more.

oh well... I was listening this morning to the version by Ozzy Osbourne, through mad traffic (hey nothing's more soothing than heavey metal!)... and you know how I feel about that song Gusano.
Kind of a description of my life.
Thanks for posting it.
What a classic.
Thanks for bringing the Beatles version to my musical foreground for this afternoon!
(by the way, did you get your copy of Let it Be (Naked)? Get one, Paul McCartney did a great job stripping the album of the wall of dead leaves left behind by Phil "The Wall of Sound" Spector.

Oh well... TEARS flow like endeless rain into a paper cup..
what can I say.
I have associated IN MY LIFE to Cuba SO MANY times and if you do not choke with emotion reading it while looking at a picture of La Habana you are a heartless prick.
Thank man.
"In my life .. I STILL love THEM all..."

Thanks guys, a little Friday Nostalgia.

Bitter tears that will hopefully turn to tears of joy very soon.
