“Una verdad sin fronteras…”

According to TV Martí their signal is reaching more people than ever before.

TV Martí claims that both prominent dissidents and independent journalists have corroborated reports that thousands of Cubans are in fact receiving the signal in different spots on the island.

Just recently, TV Martí changed its broadcasting platform to be able to evade the Cuban government jamming efforts and reach more people with some truth.

The corroborating evidence comes from such prominent dissidents as Martha Beatriz Roque Cabello, Bertha Antúnez Pernet, Guillermo Fariñas Hernández, Alejandrina García de la Riva, (Ladies in White), Pedro Castellanos and independent journalist Caridad Díaz-Beltrán, who along with other anti-government patriots have been keeping track of the broadcasts and the Cuban’s governments efforts of jamming it.

Here’s a link to listen to Cubans on the island saying what they have seen on TV Martí

Once you listen to these truth starved Cubans talk about watching something other than the communist propaganda that they are fed 24/7, you realize how important an effort it is to bring some objective news and entertainment to the captive Cubans. More funds should be appropriated by congress to ensure that some truth can reach Cuba. This will be an uphill battle in the next congress since many supporters of the Castro regime will be in positions of power for at least the next two years.
